Vision Tract is a cloud-native document intelligence pipeline and legal data extraction engine that automates the analysis of complex credit agreements, banking contracts, and multi-party facility documents.

Legal and financial compliance teams spent hundreds of manual hours reviewing multi-hundred-page facility agreements. Inconsistent document formatting and scanned PDFs caused standard OCR tools to miss critical clause references, and a lack of structured filtering made cross-comparing clauses across different project deals tedious.

We architected a scalable cloud extraction pipeline utilizing advanced optical recognition and fine-tuned language models, engineered a structured summary-sheet interface organizing critical bank metadata, dates, availability periods, and definitions side by side with original clauses, and built dynamic filter sidebars enabling legal analysts to query specific entities (borrowers, facility agents, benchmark rates) instantly.
